The BSSK503 three-station busbar processing machine is a high-performance 3-in-1 busbar machine designed for medium-to-large-scale busbar fabrication. Combines punching, shearing, and bending functions in one compact unit:
Punching Station: Accommodates round holes, slotted holes, and square holes with clean, precise results.
Shearing Station: Produces smooth, burr-free cross-sections for accurate busbar lengths.
Bending Station: Achieves precise forming from 0–180°, including L-shapes, U-shapes, Z-shapes, and custom profiles. This fully meets the diverse needs of low-voltage switchgear manufacturing, transformer production, and power distribution equipment assembly.
