Multifunctional Busbar Processing Machine

This machine integrates shearing, punching, and bending functions, specifically designed for processing copper and aluminum busbars. Its open-frame structure facilitates daily maintenance and operation. Offering high processing precision and consistent efficiency, it serves as an effective solution for busbar fabrication in applications such as power distribution cabinets and substations.

What operations can this integrated busbar machine perform?

Equipped with three independent stations—punching, shearing, and bending—the machine supports both simultaneous and sequential operations, making it ideal for the batch processing of copper and aluminum busbars.

Punching Station:

Processes round, oblong (slot), square, and irregular-shaped holes, as well as chamfering.

Applications: Bolt mounting holes, fixing holes, connection holes, etc.

Shearing Station:

Precisely cuts copper or aluminum busbars to size.

Advantages: Smooth cut surfaces with no burrs.

Bending Station:

Performs flat bending, vertical bending, and U-, Z-, or L-shaped bending, as well as other angle bends (0–180°).

Supports forming processes such as embossing, flattening, twisting, and edge pressing.
